I have this dream of building a similar one…just a bit bigger with a garden co-op, its own little general store with local produce, a coffee shop and commons area, etc.

Oh, goodness, Dan! Look at that cute little bundle of tiny homes. My fantasy is alive and well too, even if my family thinks I’m in La-La Land. Sonoma is one of my favorite cities—what a lovely way to enjoy it!

I am watching this too. It sounds like a wonderful concept! I am concerned about the high cost of living in California though. We love living in this state but think about “retiring” elsewhere due to the cost.
