    • Further to this, personal “copy note link” works, shared notes in shared notebooks or business library notes don’t work.

      • Rob- I just tried the process again and it worked fine. Sometimes certain QR code readers won’t read various types of links. I tried this process again with a QR code to an Evernote note, made by using the “Copy Note Link” function and a QR code made at Scan.me and it worked. As for a note from a Shared Notebook, I’m not sure that ever worked. I think it had to be a private Notebook, but using the “Share URL” which is public, not the Copy Note Link function (which is a private URL). You get to the “Share URL” by clicking the forwarding arrow at the top of your note. Choose the option “Copy Share URL to clipboard”. Again, that’s a public link. For the private link, you’ll find the “Copy Note Link” function by going to the Evernote menu in your menu bar and selecting Note>Copy Note Link. Again, that’s a private URL for use within you Evernote account. You can test this by using someone else’s phone to scan it…for peace of mind. Hope this helps!
